Broom Terrace

Conceptual design for a terrace hot tub, that can be weatherized and space-heated, was the objective of this project. The intention was to provide a distinctive experience within a constrained space as this penthouse, pied-a-terre was mostly used for entertaining visitors. With the push of a button, the outdoor area can be converted to a weatherized interior. Each side of the room may be adjusted separately with a retractable canopy and clear vinyl enclosing walls, combining thermal treatment and technology for ease.
